Front Desk Associate

Valley Fitness - Modesto in Modesto, CA, US, is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our members, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient check-in process. Your role will involve handling inquiries, providing information, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist members and guests as they enter the facility
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Check-in members, verify memberships, and process payments accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing
