job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSupervise and coordinate daily production and warehouse activities Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely order fulfillment Monitor workflow to maintain efficiency and accuracy standards Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickers Train and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals Enforce safety regulations and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment Identify and resolve operational issues or emergencies quickly and effectively Track inventory and production data using handheld scanners or basic computer systems Communicate clearly with management and team members regarding progress, challenges, and needs Support general warehouse operations as required MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience; supervisory or lead experience preferred Forklift certification and at least 2 years of forklift operating experience required Familiarity with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, and move throughout the shift Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Staff Management Group is seeking a Production Leader for our client in Linden, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.
Schedule :
- 1st Shift : 8AM - 4 : 30PM
- Monday - Friday
- Must be able to work Sundays as needed
- Plus overtime Pay Rate :
- $20 / hour
Job Summary :
The Production Leader is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and safely. This position requires hands-on leadership to guide a team, manage order fulfillment, and maintain productivity standards.
