Rehab Tech Responsibilities

The Rehab Tech assists the Director of Rehab and Rehab Team members with assigned tasks, demonstrating safe and appropriate work practices that will facilitate the work flow of the Rehab Department. Promotes Gallatin Center's reputation as an unparalleled provider of rehab to the elderly by demonstrating professionalism at all times. Involved in support duties as assigned : This includes but is not limited to :

• Changing linen, cleaning, and straightening up treatment areas.
• Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and supplies.
• Performing clerical duties as assigned including copying, faxing, and filing.
• Assisting therapists in scheduling patients.
• Transportation of patients to and from rehab gym.
• Setting up treatment of patient or area as instructed by therapist.
• Providing hands on assist with therapist if needed for safety.
• Assisting with group set-up, as instructed by the therapist.
