As a Customer Support Team Representative , you'll be on the front lines of the AT&T customer experience. Your mission? Engage shoppers, introduce them to the latest in wireless technology and fiber internet, and help them choose the perfect solutions for their needs—all while growing your career in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do :

Represent AT&T’s products and services in a retail setting

Build rapport with customers and educate them on the latest wireless, internet, and entertainment packages

Help customers make informed decisions and close sales with confidence

Collaborate with team members to hit daily and weekly sales goals

Deliver a world-class in-store experience that drives brand loyalty

Stay up to date on product knowledge and current promotions
