Job Description :
We’re seeking a skilled Compensation & HR Data Analyst to join our client’s HR team. This role is responsible for managing and analyzing compensation programs, producing HR metrics, and supporting data-driven decisions related to workforce strategy and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze and manage compensation programs including base pay, incentives, and bonuses
- Gather HR data from internal systems and external sources for trend analysis and compliance reporting
- Prepare reports and present findings to HR leadership and senior management
- Support FLSA assessments, salary benchmarking, and job classification processes
- Maintain and update job descriptions and compensation structures
- Develop reports using HRIS and Excel to track performance metrics and organizational trends
- Partner with department leaders to support compensation decisions and scorecard development
- Assist with incentive processing and ensure accurate data submission to payroll
- Participate in compensation surveys and industry research
Qualifications :
Minimum of 4 years of compensation or HR data analytics experienceCertified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation requiredAdvanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas)Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred)Strong communication skills and executive presenceBachelor's degree preferredSHRM-CP or HRCI certification is a plusPrior experience in banking, credit union, or financial services environments is a bonusAdditional Details :
