Job Title : Marketing Manager
Location : Broken Arrow, OK
Pay : $80,000 - $85,000 / Annually
Benefit Information : This position may be eligible for vision, dental, medical and 401(k).
Hours : 40 / wk, M-F onsite
Position Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, product management initiatives, and market analysis to attract and retain customers. This role leads multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events, social media) to increase brand awareness and support sales growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead by example with a "Safety First" mindset
- Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive threats
- Use data-driven insights to recommend strategies for product positioning and growth
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create high-quality content (e.g., case studies, white papers, webinars)
- Align marketing efforts to build brand visibility
- Gather customer feedback and testimonials to inform marketing and product strategies
- Support go-to-market planning and execution for new products and campaigns
- Work with product management on launch strategies to drive adoption and revenue
- Develop sales tools, training materials, and product collateral
- Manage pricing, budgets, profit planning, and product life cycle strategies
- Organize and implement event marketing efforts for trade shows and customer events, including logistics and presentation materials
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Education, Experience & Qualifications
Required :
5+ years of relevant experience in product management or product marketingExperience in B2B marketingProven success with go-to-market strategies for technical productsAbility to support sales teams with training, tools, and insightsStrong communication and presentation skillsExperience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholdersProficiency in data analysis and marketing metricsPreferred :
