Operator

Development of products and CONOPS for the 24 / 7 operation of a mission critical system

Troubleshooting of real-world operations issues

Trending of operational data and simulation of products and CONOPS prior to transition to operations

Returning systems to an operational state, ensuring health and safety of the systems while maximizing mission availability

Review or develop standard operating procedures that are executed real time on the operational system for standard events and anomaly recoveries

Develop scripts and products to automate the operation of complex systems

Develop suites of operational products for newly delivered systems

This is a 12 Month Contract or Contract to Hire

Clearance : Active TS / SCI w / Poly

Qualifications You Must Have :

  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience in working in a 24x7 operational environment
  • Proficiency in Linux
  • Proficiency with basic scripting languages such as Perl or MATLAB
  • Ability to complete necessary trainings to perform the job
  • Ability to work within a multi-contractor "badge-less" team environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Willingness to work 12-hour shifts

Pay Rate : $60 - $70 / hr.

  • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
