Job Title : Primary Care Physician (Victorville)

Location : Southern California (Victorville Area)

Overview : Columbia Healthcare is representing a highly respected medical group seeking an immediate hire for a Primary Care Physician to join their team in Victorville. This role offers a flexible 4 / 10 schedule with no weekend work and a competitive salary starting around $300,000 (negotiable). The organization provides comprehensive care with a focus on wellness and preventative health for the local community.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver patient-centered primary care with a focus on wellness and prevention.
  • Collaborate with specialists to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
  • Participate in wellness programs and community health initiatives.
  • Use electronic medical records for efficient patient management.

Qualifications :

  • MD or DO, Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine.
  • Licensed to practice in California or eligible to obtain licensure.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
