Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of products and services. This role requires both a strong technical background in IT and the Android ecosystem and exceptional program / project management expertise. The TPM will serve as the bridge between Product Owners, Leadership, Engineering, OEM partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes from initiation to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Act as the liaison between internal teams, OEMs, and 3rd-party partners.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Oversee Android-related technical issues (APK versioning, app signatures, firmware vs. OTA preloading, user / system partitions).
• Facilitate release management cycles : JIRA ticket creation, product intake, testing coordination, certification, and release notes distribution.
• Troubleshoot Android technical issues (apps, OEM devices, preload configurations) using debugging tools.
• Manage JIRA systems for project tracking, bug management, and status reporting; ensure accurate ticketing and timely closure.
• Support product owners with technical guidance, issue resolution, and proactive communications.
• Coordinate and run cross-functional team meetings; prepare meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups.
• Foster team collaboration while promoting a positive, results-driven work culture.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, governance, and regulatory standards.
