About the Role
As the Hospice Director, RN, you will lead a talented hospice team dedicated to providing efficient, effective, and high-quality hospice care to patients and their families. You will ensure the Hospice program upholds quality standards, aligns with organizational philosophy, and fosters a supportive environment for staff and patients alike.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, assign, monitor, and evaluate the work of hospice staff to ensure excellence.Hire, supervise, motivate, and develop professional and paraprofessional employees, overseeing staffing for optimal productivity.Develop recruitment strategies and lead orientation / onboarding of new staff.Lead Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) meetings and actively participate in team and facility meetings.Manage hospice caseloads and contribute to business growth through education and customer support.Provide educational opportunities and in-services to meet quality, policy, and regulatory standards.Advise employees on changes in the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing school with an active MN RN license in good standing.Minimum 2 years of hospice RN experience and 1 year supervisory experience preferred.Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.CPR certification required.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills with a passion for hospice care.Make an Impact
