The New Jersey Childrens Alliance (NJCA) promotes hope, healing and justice for victims of child abuse throughout New Jersey by supporting Child Advocacy Centers with training, resources, advocacy, and leadership. The Program Coordinator collaboratively contribute to NJCAs strategic goal of becoming the premier source of information on child abuse prevention and response in the state by playing a key role in using data to inform programs and policies that impact New Jerseys children. This position will specifically focus on advancing the goals of the Problematic Sexual Behavior (PSB) Program.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update the Programs website, provider directory, and data collection systems to ensure accurate and timely information.
Provide technical assistance and user support for the Programs data management platform.
Provide onboarding for new providers, and ongoing technical assistance for all providers, including support with billing, data
submission, and system use.
Track and follow up on provider invoices to ensure timely submission and processing.
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate meetings, trainings, and outreach events.
Develop and maintain program materials, training content, and related communications.
Represent the organization at conferences, trainings, outreach events, and collaborative meetings.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partner agencies.
Manage program inventory and supply orders to support ongoing operations.
Provide administrative and logistical support for program initiatives and other related tasks as assigned by supervisory staff.
Perform other related duties as identified by supervising staff.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a social service-related field required.
2 3 years experience working in a social service or non-profit setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Experience coordinating training and delivering technical assistance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to effectively communicate with individuals and groups to promote awareness of child abuse prevention and response, including
delivering in-person presentations as needed.
Ability to work collaboratively with NJCA staff, membership, and partner agencies.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with child welfare, Child Advocacy Centers, and / or multidisciplinary teams in New Jersey.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range : $50,000 - $60,000

NJCA operates on a hybrid work schedule. Staff are expected to work 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely each week. The NJCA office is located in Clark, NJ.
