Job Summary

The Fire Panel Operator is responsible for continuously monitoring the fire alarm control systems and dispatching the Fire Protection Officer (FPO) in response to any alerts. This role ensures timely communication, accurate logging, and coordination with emergency response teams to maintain site safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Fire Alarm Monitoring

• Monitor fire alarm control panels 24 / 7.
• Acknowledge and assess alarm types : fault, pre-alarm, and fire.
• Ensure seamless shift handovers and operational continuity.
