No New Patient Set-ups or Invoicing required as all information is logged electronically

Minimum Qualifications :
- Active Licensed
- 2 years post-training experience
- Active Board Certification
- Experience with evaluating TBI
- Neurologist (TBI & GEN MED), or Neurosurgeon (TBI & GEN MED), or
- Physiatrist (TBI & GEN MED), or Psychiatrist (TBI & PSYCH) (School must be APA accredited)
