Division Manager, Foodservice

A mission-driven, farmer-owned CPG manufacturer is seeking a Division Manager, Foodservice to help lead growth across a high-priority national channel. Lead and execute division-level growth strategies across broadline and regional foodservice distribution.

Manage and develop broker partners, field teams, and key distributor HQ relationships.

Collaborate on national joint business planning and strategic contract negotiations with top distribution partners (Sysco, US Foods, GFS, PFG, etc.).

Analyze and translate distributor-specific data into strategic, actionable sales plans.

Deliver on financial targets through optimized trade management and margin performance.

Lead market planning, sales training, and trimester business planning for regional broker teams.

Represent the organization at customer meetings, broker visits, and industry events (~25% travel).

Collaborate cross-functionalally in a highly matrixed environment (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain).

Contribute to strategic planning, including digital shelf compliance and category insights.

Support deduction management and commercial compliance in partnership with brokers.

8+ years of foodservice manufacturer sales experience, including distributor and broker experience.

Hunting sales / business development experience.

Proven track record in national contract negotiation.

Deep knowledge of food & beverage distributor structures, pricing strategies, trade funding, and industry trends.

High initiative and comfort in ambiguous or build-from-scratch environments.

Skilled in financial planning, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Advanced communication skills with a strong presence across all operator segments.

Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of tools like Power BI, Blacksmith, Tibersoft a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
