What Youll Do

As a Tool & Die Maker youll play a vital role in our production success by :

Safely manufacturing dies parts and spares based on specifications and SOPs

Working from blueprints sketches and models to determine necessary materials and machining methods

Selecting proper steel machines tooling and precision gauging instruments

Setting up and operating lathes mills grinders Wire EDM CNC EDM and more

Verifying conformance and precision to exact standards and dimensions

Troubleshooting issues and recommending design and functional improvements

Participating in continuous improvement LEAN and training initiatives

What Were Looking For :

Preferred Qualifications :

5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Previous Tool & Die Maker trade experience

Journeyperson Papers

Required :

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to learn and apply machining technologies and tools

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn Microsoft Office and other technology

A safety-first mindset and strong work ethic

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time position

Paid lunch

Overtime based on business needs
