Responsibilities of the AP Specialist :

Managed full cycle Accounts Payable transactions using a highly streamlined and digital system

Invoice volume : Approximately 1,000 per month

Ensure invoices are coded correctly, receive proper approvals and payment is processed

Onboard new vendors into the system, request information such as W9, contact information, addresses, etc.

Handling month end activities for the AP

Experience Preferred of the AP Specialist :

3+ years experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills!

Experience with Sage a plus!

Strong excel
