Hours of Operation :
This position follows an 8-hour shift between the hours of 6 : 00 AM and 6 : 00 PM.

Key Responsibilities :
Review and process EDI invoices daily in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentEnsure the proper approval and coding of invoices to the general ledger across trade and non-tradeResearch and resolve invoice discrepanciesServe as a cross-functional partner to the Inventory Purchasing, Branch Services and Warranty departmentsCorrespond with vendors and our Corporate officeProcess and lead the reconciliation of Corporate check runsManager Vendor Set Up process with Form W-9 to ensure compliance with 1099 reportingParticipate in process improvement initiatives, including the digitization of the Accounts Payable process and scaling of our ERP system to all locationsPartner with the general accounting team on monthly close deliverablesQualifications :
At least 2 years of Accounts Payable or relevant experienceAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related fieldComfortable with learning new tools and technologiesExcellent technology skills including Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Infor (CSD) products and BI Tools a plusKnowledge and understanding of the Accounts Payable function, including experience using an ERP (Accounting) systemKnowledge of basic accounting principles, including US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)Soft Skills & Competencies :
Ability to type 30-50 WPMProficiency in operating a computerUse of 10-key or calculatorStrong organizational and prioritization skillsAbility to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficientlyEffective verbal and written communication skillsActive listening skillsAbility to handle sensitive, confidential informationAbility and desire to learn new technology, as neededStrong ability to operate a computer, as neededAbility to operate standard office equipmentWhat We Offer :
