Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Estimated annual base pay : $85,000.00 (minimum) - $110,000.00 (midpoint) - $136,000.00 (maximum)

All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supplier Performance Management : Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against agreed upon metrics to ensure quality and service standards are consistently met.
• Relationship Development : Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers to enhance cooperation and drive mutual business growth.
• Issue Resolution : Proactively address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise with suppliers to maintain smooth operational workflows.
• Strategic Sourcing Initiatives : Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Communication Skills : Internal communication and presentations up to and including executive level reviews pertaining to supplier relationship strategy, performance and issue resolution.
