Job Description

What Youll Do

Over your 10-week paid internship the Internal Media Intern will help execute long-form podcast episodes for internal coworkers to consume. The podcast features leaders throughout the bank and highlights their passion for the mission. This intern would handle all aspects of the content creation process including research on guests scheduling providing questions for the host set up and take down of equipment editing footage / audio and marketing. An intern that is a good fit would have a creative and strategic mindset have an interest in internal corporate communications and be comfortable delivering projects that speak to company culture.

In addition to working on internal culture projects the intern will work on an industry external marketing campaign. They will assist key team members with ideation branding and engagement social media (LinkedIn) and promotion.

This role is hybrid; interns will come into their designated offic e at least 3 days a week.

Interns work approximately 40 hours per week.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $21.75 - $25.85. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge skills expertise and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
