Location : Ann Arbor, MI (Hybrid)

Salary : $120K-$150k + Revenue

Responsibilities

  • Prepare / review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other entities.
  • Manage all aspects of tax compliance and planning projects.
  • Provide client service related to tax compliance and planning.
  • Help to ensure that clients are in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws.
  • Review tax schedules, reconciliations, and other related tax documents.
  • Identify tax savings opportunities.
  • Prepare tax estimates and projections.

Qualifications

  • 8+ Years experience as a Tax Manager.
  • 8+ years experience in Public Tax Accounting (1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, & 1120S).
  • CPA.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and Thomson Reuters (UltraTaxCS).
  • Experience in Tax prep and planning.
  • Experience with low volume - high complexity returns.
