Account Services Associate I

Under the general supervision of the Account Services AVP, the Account Services Associate I performs a variety of clerical duties necessary to ensure the effective operations of Account Services in conformance with the established policies and procedures of Rockland Federal Credit Union. Key Responsibilities

• Performs remote deposit capture maintenance.
• Processes mailed in deposits and loan payoffs.
• Processes verifications for Social Security and Medicare.
• Performs address change maintenance.
• Logs and distributes overnight packages from UPS and Federal Express.
• Provides coverage for posting lock box rejects. Enters into the CDM decisions on whether to process or return payments via overnight mail. Troubleshoots and resolves unclear payment instructions.
• Images branch checks, repairs and balances check batches.
• Performs research relative to all employee and member requests, such as copies of statements, check deposits, withdrawal slips, etc.
• Performs day-to-day departmental functions including but not limited to incoming, outgoing, and returned mail processing, sorting mail for internal departments, preparing mail for the lockbox courier and preparing, logging, posting outgoing certified 1st class mail.
• Additional duties as required.

As an Account Services Associate I, you will work a 40-hour full-time schedule Monday through Friday.

In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, we're pleased to share that the base hourly range for this position is $17.50 - $22.00 , excluding fringe benefits or potential incentives. If you're hired at Rockland Federal Credit Union, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience.
