Treasury Clerk (Entry Level)

Job Summary

The Treasury Clerk (entry level) is responsible for cash operations entries for most Zachry companies. Handles short-term cash management activities to ensure cash is available in the relevant bank account as planned disbursements are processed. Requires interaction and communication with business unit personnel.This is an in-person position based at our San Antonio, Texas corporate office.

Essential Functions

• Maintain AP third-party systems
• Assist in preparing Daily Cash Report
• Prepare and complete bank account reconciliations across all institutions
• Obtains and organizes bank statements for archival records
• Wire transfer initiation and support
• Reconcile undeposited receipts and perform related tasks
• Investigate and support the resolution of construction-related intercompany balances monthly
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
