Salary and Benefits

• Base salary : $180000 to $220000 (dependent on experience)
• Relocation assistance : Up to $5000
• 4-day 10 Hours Shift Work Week
• CME : 1 week and $3500 annually
• 3 weeks paid vacation sick time (accrued)
• 1011 paid holidays annually
• Full benefits : Medical dental vision
• Malpractice Insurance
• 403(b) retirement with 1 : 1 match up to $3500
• DEA and license reimbursement
