Salary : $47,000 - $59,000 per year

Job Description :

As a Communications Coordinator at Capital NYC, you will play a crucial role in shaping and conveying our company's message. You will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that enhance our brand presence and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to support company objectives.
  • Create, edit, and distribute content for various platforms including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Manage and update the companys website and social media accounts.
  • Coordinate public relations activities and media inquiries.
  • Monitor and analyze communication metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting company events.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a communications role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with graphic design software is a plus.
