Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Support Representative to support a large, established client. In this role, you will assist with customer inquiries, manage project communication, and ensure accurate order tracking and scheduling in the company's order management system. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the smooth execution of projects while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate project status updates to customers and internal teams.
• Collect and document details for Change Orders and Punch Item orders.
• Track orders and schedule deliveries using the Hedberg order management system.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient workflow.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organization and prioritization.
• Assist with general administrative tasks related to project management.

Qualifications
