Position : Oracle EPM Planning Cloud Consultant

Location : San Jose CA

Lead the end-to-end architectural design development and deployment of Oracle EPM Planning Cloud solutions specializing in the Essbase Freeform application type for complex large-scale models.

Act as the lead technical architect for the migration of legacy Hyperion On-Premises Essbase applications (ASO and / or BSO) into the Oracle EPM Planning Cloud specifically leveraging the Essbase Freeform framework. This includes data metadata business rules calculations and reporting artifact migration.

Design and optimize complex Essbase components including outlines calculation scripts MaxL scripts data loading processes and business rules ensuring optimal performance and scalability within the cloud environment.

Configure and manage various components of Oracle PBCS / EPBCS including security workflows forms reports dashboards integrations (using Data Management / Data Integration) and business process configurations.

Proactively monitor diagnose and resolve performance issues related to Essbase cubes calculations and data loads in the Freeform and Planning application environments.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and stakeholders ensuring adherence to best practices coding standards and architectural principles.

Collaborate with finance IT and business stakeholders to gather analyse and translate business requirements into robust scalable EPM cloud solutions.
