SLP - Rehab needed asapEffectively screens / evaluates / rehabilitate patients with communication, cognitive or swallowing disorders and develops appropriate plan of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards.1 year of SLP experience - REQUIRED New Grads OKAY- as long as a Level II experience and not just a Level I observation experienceLTC or SNF experience - RequiredMO State License - RequiredCCC certified SLP - Required3 years experience holding active CCS-preferred Will accept one Reference at time of submission Must be submitted at the posted rate, if requested rate is higher candidate will be redirected

Speech / Language Pathologist, Rehab Experience : 1 year SLP-MO Certifications : BLS(Copy needed)

CERT-ASHA- CCC-SLP(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References : 1 Reference in entire work history New Grads OKAY- as long as a Level II experience and not just a Level I observation experience
