Master Planner - Transformer Repair Center

Master Planner Position

We are seeking an experienced Master Planner with a strong background in transformers to oversee and coordinate the master planning activities across all areas of our organization. The Master Planner will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive production plans, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, and meeting customer demands. Join us at the launch phase of our new manufacturing facility in Charlotte, NC, scheduled for completion in 2026. In the initial phase, you will play a key role in :

• Supporting factory construction and process implementation.
• Developing a high-performance engineering team.
• Coordinating all aspects of factory setup to ensure readiness for production.
