Project Coordinator
Overview : Valid Ohio drivers license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection insurance eligibility driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Childrens Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.
Job Description : Essential Functions : Assists with the development of project plans and timelines to ensure tasks are completed on schedule. Coordinates project meetings and communicates updates to team members. Monitors project progress alongside project manager and identifies any potential risks or issues. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback. Prepares and maintains project documentation and reports. Assists in budget tracking and resource allocation for the project. Contributes to projects and serves as a subject matter expert in area of responsibility.
Education Requirement : Bachelors Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required. Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask and efficiently provide time management. Collaborative and team-oriented with the ability to work well independently.
