How will you make an impact in this role?

Within Global Commercial Services (GCS), we partner with organizations to simplify payments, manage travel, and unlock new opportunities for growth. Our Client Onboarding Service (COS) organization is at the center of this mission. Together, we ensure new clients feel supported from day one and are set up for long-term success.

What Youll Do

  • Lead onboarding projects that bring our payment solutions to life for new clients.
  • Partner with clients and teammates to keep projects on track and goals in focus.
  • Share updates openly so clients and colleagues feel informed and confident.
  • Champion client perspectives by bringing feedback into product and process improvements.
  • Celebrate wins together while approaching challenges with creativity and resilience.
  • Continuously improve how we work, making onboarding faster, simpler, and more impactful.

What You Bring

  • Experience in Global client onboarding, customer success, or project management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Clear and inclusive communication skillsyou know how to connect with different audiences.
  • A collaborative spiritwe achieve more when we support and inspire each other.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, high-energy environment where we adapt and grow together.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM system is helpful, but not required.
  • Experience in payments or travel.
  • Salary Range : $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
