We're hiring an FP&A Analyst to partner with a leading fractional finance and accounting services firm supporting high-growth consumer brands. This role will strengthen the internal finance function by managing recurring financial reporting, cash flow updates, and performance decks.

Accountability

As an FP&A Analyst, your success will be defined by your ability to deliver accurate, timely, and well-structured financial reporting across a portfolio of clients. You'll own weekly and monthly FP&A deliverables, ensuring all reports tie back to actuals and adhere to standards for precision and clarity. Here's how you'll make an impact :

Reporting & Analysis

• Update weekly cash flow models for 1015 client accounts.
• Compile monthly performance decks by integrating QuickBooks actuals into standardized templates.
• Maintain consistent financial formatting and ensure data integrity across all deliverables.
• Support the creation of budget templates and documentation of FP&A processes.
• Perform initial variance analyses and prepare visual summaries for internal review.

Process & Workflow Management

You'll report directly to the FP&A Lead and collaborate with the broader finance and accounting team to ensure reporting consistency and data accuracy across multiple clients.

At Oceans, you'll also receive guidance and support from our Operations Manager, who will help you succeed in the role and ensure that you're continuously growing and developing in your career.

Role Specifications

This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client's time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
