Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant located in the McAllen area. The provider will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, diagnosing and treating health conditions, developing treatment plans, and providing preventive care. The provider will also collaborate with physicians, perform minor procedures, and educate patients on health management. Administrative duties and participation in quality improvement initiatives may also be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
• Ability to develop treatment plans and provide preventive care
• Skill in performing minor procedures and patient education
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with healthcare team
• Ability to handle administrative duties and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Texas
• Master's degree
• Experience in Occupational and / or Family Medicine is a plus
