\nAdditional Details\nTrauma Level\n \nCharting System\nCerner\nUnit Notes\n- Unit : PT, OT, Speech - Marian & Arroyo Grande (home based care)\n- Certs : Speech - do they prefer / require CCC-SLP and / or CCC-A credential? BLS required\n- EMR : Cerner\n- Rehab Aides / OTA / PTA : yes - usually will be perm staff though\n- Weekend Requirement : every 3rd weekend\n- Holidays : minor holidays, major only if needed\n- Scrub Color / Uniform : business attire with white lab coat, no jeans\n- Outpatient and Inpatient : N / A\n- Shifts : flexible, majority of work hours are M-F 8am-5pm\n- What areas are they required to cover : they will be assigned to a geographical region\n- Floor specific orientation : 1.5-2 weeks\n- Common diagnosis / Types of patients : PT / OT - ortho, strokes, ortho, joints, spinal injuries speech - anything\n- Additional Notes : Candidates must have experience with Oasis (gov't mandated form). Must also have one year experience working PT / OT / Sp, home setting experience is preferred but not required.\n
