As a Senior Financial Analyst (Systems), you'll lead enterprise-wide financial systems transformation and modernization efforts for GE Appliances, advancing automation, governance, and reporting excellence. You'll partner with cross-functional and technology teams to drive strategic initiatives, strengthen financial integrity, and streamline global Controllership processes.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Leads and supports GE Appliances' financial transformation projects, including :
EPM Cloud migration (FCCS, EPBCS, and ARCS)
Hyperion HFM implementation
R12 Systematic Manual Journal Entry (MJE) Review
Partners with Digital Technology (DT) on new initiatives and transactions, including entity restructures, acquisitions, and subledger accounting enhancements.
Oversees the period and year-end close process across Oracle R12, collaborating with business and IT teams to ensure timely and accurate closing of multiple Oracle EBS modules.
Maintains governance, accuracy, and integrity of the General Ledger (GL).
Drives reconciliation of subledgers to the General Ledger, ensuring accounting consistency across all financial modules.
Serves as the functional owner of Hyperion ARM (Account Reconciliation Manager) and ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service).
Ensures timely completion of account reconciliations, monitor compliance, and report key performance metrics to the CFO staff.
Performs monthly and annual maintenance activities for the Global Oracle General Ledger (R12).
Provides user training, support, and ad hoc financial analysis for Oracle EBS users.
Leads efforts to strategize and streamline Controllership business processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Manages and maintains the Closing & Reporting SharePoint site to ensure effective communication and accessibility of key resources.

Educational and Experiential Background
Preferred Education / Experience
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Previous corporate finance experience specifically in manufacturing.
Familiarity with and experience implementing Oracle and Hyperion modules.
