Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Data Entry / Customer Service Rep to support a company in Lake Forest, CA. This is an entry level position & starts immediately and pays $18.43 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :

• Email Communication :
• Communicate professionally with time-share owners and Board of Directors via email.
• Exhibit excellent email etiquette and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.2Phone-based Customer Service :
• Handle inbound phone calls from customers with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on time-share matters.
• Data Entry and Documentation :
• Input accurate and detailed information into the internal CRM database.
• Document customer interactions and maintain organized records of conversations.
• Training and Development :
• Participate in 1 : 1 training sessions provided by the manager.
• Embrace a learning mindset as all aspects of the role are trainable.
