Technology Engineer

We are looking for aTechnology Engineerto support projects by learning Goodyear systems and processes in collaboration with more experienced team members. This role involves seeking solutions to technical problems, performing assigned tasks, and demonstrating an entry-level understanding of engineering concepts while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Demonstrates strong prioritization and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in science / technology / engineering / Math.

0-3 years’ experience.

Learn and apply new skills from knowledge gained through additional education / experience / training.

Learn functional relationship of assigned organization.

Develop awareness and pursuit of experiences on cross-functional assignments, projects, plant assignments, and other divisional positions available for self-development.

Strong communication skills and planning.

Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

What Will Set You Apart

Bachelor's in chemical Engineer.

PE, PMP or similar engineering / project management certifications

Master in related engineering field.

Microsoft Excel experience.

Proven experience managing direct reports or leading teams in a manufacturing, technical, or operations environment.
