In this role, you will become a licensed professional, delivering exceptional customer service while responding to inbound calls and assisting our valued clients. You will gain the skills needed to address a wide variety of client needs, including trade requests, money movement, online support, and much more!
What to Expect
As a new Customer Relationship Advocate, you'll explore the financial services industry, learn to apply new concepts, and challenge yourself to achieve new goals through three major milestones :
In the initial months, you will prepare to obtain your FINRA licenses, including the SIE®, Series 7, and Series 63, with all costs covered by Fidelity. This includes paid study time and access to invaluable resources, such as coaching and workshops. While these exams may be challenging, we’re committed to supporting you every step of the way!
As you progress, you will handle increasingly complex customer interactions while connecting regularly with your team and meeting with your leaders to expand your professional network.
As you build confidence and expertise in serving customers, you’ll have opportunities to explore new career paths through job shadowing and access to our career center.

Most roles at Fidelity operate in a hybrid model, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, Monday to Friday) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
