Description :
The Sensory and Consumer Experience Team partners with R&D stakeholders to develop sensory and consumer research strategies. The Support Scientist coordinates Sensory Operations and logistical details for Consumer Testing.
Responsibilities include :
- Coordinate & plan Sensory Operations harmonization across the Americas (including methods, lexicon, practices & ways of working).
- Execute Sensory Operations Capability projects.
- Partner with Category Sensory Scientists to understand sensory & consumer testing needs.
- Ensure accurate documentation of test goals, objectives, test design & testing procedures.
- Communicate test schedule to R&D stakeholders to ensure required testing materials are ready on time.
- Ensure test results are delivered to Category Sensory Scientist with preliminary recommendations and attend project meetings to share results to R&D when needed to support Category Scientist.
