Mechanical Design Engineer 1

Description

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Use analytical skills reasoning and engineering judgment to develop new and innovative products and technologies
• Design components including injection molded plastics die and investment castings stampings machined parts etc.
• Collaborate with global cross-functionalproject teams to ensure new designs meet internal requirements and industry standards Identify and implement product and process cost reductions and improvements
• Support prototype construction laboratory testing and agency testing during the product design cycle
• Apply sound engineering practices to solve quality issues
• Provide continuation engineering support for existing products
• Interact with software electrical manufacturing marketing supply chain sales and customers on technical matters

Our compensation philosophy is simple : we pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The starting salary for this role is $70000-$74000 annually commensurate with the skills talent capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
