Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients and students, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education administration and experience working with students, making them an invaluable asset to our organization.

Duties :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Provide guidance on academic programs, enrollment processes, and university policies.
  • Assist in recruiting efforts by engaging with prospective students and presenting program offerings.
  • Utilize software for managing student records and facilitating administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with academic advisors to ensure students receive appropriate support throughout their educational journey.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with students and clients to enhance service delivery.

Requirements :

  • 3 years experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Familiarity with education administration software is highly desirable.
  • Experience working directly with students, providing academic advising or teaching support is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
