About Us
St. Mary Rehabilitation Hospital is a 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility , a joint venture between Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic and Lifepoint Rehabilitation. Our hospital specializes in caring for patients recovering from strokes, brain injuries, orthopedic trauma, neurological disorders, and other complex conditions. With a team-based, patient-centered approach, we offer personalized care in a supportive, collaborative environment.
How you'll contribute
The Wound Care Nurse functions under the general supervision of the Nurse Manager. The WCN is responsible for assisting in the management and rehabilitation of patients with wounds, ostomies, abdominal stomas, incontinence, ulcers and other skin conditions. The WCN serves in the role as both clinician and consultant. The WCN provides leadership and direction for coordination and improvement of WOC care.

What we're looking for Passionate for Patient Care Nurse that is dedicated to support the team to provide the best care possible
Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
CPR / BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
CRRN Preferred.
Minimum six months' Medical / Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
