Telehealth Therapist-LPC

Broad Statement of Responsibilities :   The Telehealth Therapist at All Points North is responsible for delivering evidence-based addiction and mental health treatment in accordance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards. Services are provided via telehealth and include individual and group therapy, psychosocial assessments, and treatment planning.

The Therapist functions as part of an interdisciplinary team, contributing to the development, implementation, and review of individualized treatment plans consistent with patient needs, program requirements, and best practice guidelines. The role requires accurate documentation in compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CARF, HIPAA).

Key responsibilities include establishing therapeutic rapport, assessing and treating substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders, addressing family systems issues, supporting development of life skills, and monitoring patient progress.

Education & Licensure : This position requires a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling from an accredited college or university.

Current licensure as LPC required. Must obtain Colorado LPC licensure prior to start date. Addiction credentials / certifications preferred but not required.

Experience : Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing treatment for individuals with addiction and / or mental health disorders in a clinical setting (RTC, PHP, or IOP). Experience in trauma therapy preferred but not required.

Special Skills & Knowledge : Candidates should have the following skills and attributes : must be able to work and communicate well with people; be adaptable and accept changes quickly and easily; be willing to address conflict appropriately. Basic computer skills are required with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based products knowledge a bonus.
