Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and lead construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing federal construction projects, particularly with the Army, Navy, and USACE standards. This role involves ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and safety standards
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to achieve project goals
  • Conduct site inspections and oversee quality control to ensure high standards are met
  • Lead and mentor construction teams, providing guidance and support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager, preferably in federal projects
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience working with military projects (Army, Navy) and familiarity with USACE requirements is a plus
