Are you friendly, professional, and passionate about helping people? DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks is looking for an organized and outgoing Part Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dealership! As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for everyone who visits or calls our store.

What You Will Do

• Greet customers and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties (filing, data entry, scheduling, etc.).
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Communicate effectively with the sales, service, and management teams.
• Provide excellent customer service and support dealership operations.

Qualifications
