Description

We are looking for an Attorney / Lawyer to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse array of clients in the agricultural sector, focusing on areas like corporate law, commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and more. The ideal candidate will bring legal expertise and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in matters related to corporate law, commercial real estate, and mergers and acquisitions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs and case strategy.
• Represent clients in civil litigation, including preparing motions, briefs, and discovery materials.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations across various industries.
• Collaborate with clients on strategic planning, succession planning, and business formation.
• Offer guidance on intellectual property and employment law issues.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.

Requirements

1-8 YOE in Business / Transactional Law, experience with M& A, Real Estate, or Land Use Matters preferred

Active WA license

Strong academics and writing skills

Juris Doctorate
