🏥  What You’ll Do :

Provide advanced neonatal care across  three premier hospitals  (all within a 30-minute drive)

Rotate through  Level III and Level IV NICUs  with access to cutting-edge technology and collaborative care models

Attend deliveries, perform neonatal resuscitations, and manage critically ill neonates

Work  24-hour shifts  at Level III facilities and  10–16-hour day / night shifts  at the Level IV center

Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary NICU teams

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities

✅  What You Bring :

Master’s (or Doctorate) in Nursing –  required

Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)  –  required

Minimum 2 years of NNP experience  (RN experience not counted)

Florida license or eligibility to obtain –  required
