Operations Coordinator

A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to manage relationships with Network Carriers and ensure compliance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage delivery tickets and coordinate scheduling with Network Carriers Process and manage Return Authorizations and related reports Assist Operations Supervisor and serve as backup for communications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred One or more years of related experience required Operations background in Logistics and / or Transportation Ability to understand and follow work procedures Meets corporate competency model requirements
