We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Fleet Manager to oversee day-to-day driver operations at our Solar terminal locations. In this role, you’ll lead planning, dispatching, and service execution to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time delivery performance. Location / Schedule : This role supports a 12-hour shift schedule, which includes weekends and may require flexibility depending on operational needs.

Position Summary & Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

The Fleet Manager oversees daily driver operations, dispatching, and service performance across assigned geographical / terminal locations while partnering closely with Central Planning and Regional leadership.

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day driver and service activities, including planning and dispatching customer orders.
• Ensure all loads are dispatched accurately and meet required customer delivery windows.
• Manage daily operational issues including service deviations, driver concerns, and equipment coordination (with the Region Manager).
• Collaborate with the Central Planning Operations Manager / Senior Fleet Manager to analyze chronic operational problems and recommend solutions.
• Monitor performance related to customer expectations, efficiency, and driver execution.
• Utilize Solar’s TMW dispatching system and navigate multiple systems (email, customer platforms, dispatch software).
• Maintain adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety expectations.
• Perform additional responsibilities and assignments as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range : $50,000–$62,000 / year + DOE and Bonus Opportunities

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik / Kum & Go considers several factors when determining base salary offers, including the scope of the role, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
