Senior Tax Manager- US Corporate & International Tax

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Tax Manager to support strategic tax initiatives across North America for one of our clients. This role offers hybrid flexibility, exposure to cross-border tax planning, and involvement in high-impact M&A transactions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Legal, Treasury, HR, and Accounting to support cross-border tax planning and special projects.

Lead tax due diligence and analysis for M&A transactions.

Evaluate tax implications for cross-border transactions across North America and Latin America.

Assist in securing tax credits and incentives, including those from recent federal legislation.

Monitor and interpret new U.S. tax laws and advise on optimization strategies.

Support U.S. Federal and international tax compliance and audit readiness.

Contribute to annual IFRS tax provision and maintain transaction tracking.

Prepare materials for executive meetings and support ad hoc strategic projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; Master’s in Tax or Accounting preferred.

10+ years’ experience in public accounting or corporate tax in a multinational environment.

CPA strongly preferred.

Strong research and communication skills; experience with Microsoft Office and tax research tools.

Experience with Hyperion Financial Management is a plus.

Project management expertise and cross-functional collaboration experience.
