Operations Manager

As the Integrator , you’ll serve as the right hand to the CEO, translating vision into execution. You’ll oversee the daily operations of acquisitions, dispositions, construction, and transaction coordination — ensuring all departments are aligned, efficient, and hitting KPIs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building systems, solving problems, managing people, and scaling operations inside a high-velocity investment business.

Compensation : $80,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

Operational Management

• Oversee all business functions : acquisitions, dispositions, construction, finance, and admin
• Manage and track company KPIs, deal flow, and project timelines across departments
• Implement and refine workflows in Podio, Asana, Follow Up Boss, and other tools
• Hold weekly leadership and team meetings to ensure accountability and progress
• Identify inefficiencies and create streamlined processes for scalability
